Spiritual Restructuring (SpR) Class SpR teaches practitioners how to physically adjust their own and others’ bodies by releasing hidden stress and trauma. Practitioners will learn: 💪🏾 how to align bones and muscles 💪🏾 send healing energies to organs and glands 💪🏾 nutrition to help optimize health 💪🏾 how to help the organs and glands communicate better 💪🏾 how to restructure the brain for better healing distribution to the body 💪🏾 different meditation techniques designed to release emotional stress hidden in the body.
